These pieces combine portrait photography with bold yet simple design elements to promote cookbooks from one of the world’s most influential chefs. While it is essential to use his famous face for instant recognition, key colours and typefaces are also lifted from the cover artworks to form a sense of familiarity with the style of each book. Motifs and symbols are applied to compliment layouts and enhance animation, and copy is altered for different pieces to make the greatest impact.
